  • No, this is how our software phrases it. If it says product has been shipped, it is a confirmation that you have signed up and and paid for the course. You will not receive anything from us in your "snail" mail.

  • Classes will be held with a minimum of eight people and a maximum of twenty three. The instructor may choose to run a class with fewer or more than the number mentioned.

  • Each course leader will decide whether refreshments are appropriate, depending on the time of day. He or she may ask for volunteer contributions, as well.

  • There is easy off-street parking at each of our locations. There are two parking lots just across the street from Preservation Hall and there are also lots adjacent to the Wellfleet Library.

  • Tuition payment minus a 20% administrative charge will be returned if a participant withdraws from a class after its first meeting. Payment will not otherwise be subject to refund.

  • No, but doing the assignments will enhance your learning experience.

  • In some cases some classes in a course are not handicapped accessible and there might be some flexibility in attendance. Check with the course instructor through the contact page for questions.

  • If the course is cancelled, you will be given the opportunity to go to another course or you will get a refund.

  • In most courses, the day before the class starts, check the sign up for course information.
